To support the launch of Nespresso’s new VERTUO line, our team set out on a journey across Switzerland to capture the story behind the product rollout. From bustling flagship stores to intimate boutique locations, we documented the excitement, elegance, and precision that define the Nespresso brand.
Through candid moments, in-store experiences, and interviews with Nespresso employees, we created a series of visual narratives that highlight both the human and brand elements of the launch. Our goal was to not only showcase the new product, but to reflect the pride and passion of the people behind it.
While working on the VERTUO launch, we closely followed Nespresso’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency with their global identity, refined, premium, and detail-driven. At the same time, we looked for ways to bring a fresh perspective to the storytelling. Our creative approach focused on finding authentic moments: real interactions between staff and customers, the energy of launch day, and the personal pride of employees representing the brand.
By blending structured visual direction with spontaneous, human-centered storytelling, we created content that felt both aligned and alive, rooted in the Nespresso world, but with a narrative voice that kept it engaging, dynamic, and real.
