Connecting a Nationwide Team Through Strategic Content
Skyguide, Switzerland’s national air traffic control organization, operates across the country with a large, distributed workforce. Over the years, we've partnered with their communications department to create a wide range of internal content aimed at strengthening employee engagement and keeping staff informed about company developments.
Our collaboration has included internal branding videos, event recaps, and digital content designed to bring employees closer together, despite geographical distance. We’ve also supported Skyguide with content for exhibitions, helping to showcase their mission and innovations to external audiences.
The Creative Process
Each project with Skyguide begins with a deep understanding of their objectives and target audience. From there, we define a visual language that not only aligns with their brand guidelines but also best communicates the intended message.
We explored the fascinating world of drone air traffic management and produced a showcase video for Skyguide, presented at the Dubai International Convention.
