3.1 The customer undertakes to provide all information, content and materials required for the provision of services in a timely manner.

4.1 All copyrights to created works generally remain with Select Agency GmbH, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 After full payment, the customer receives the agreed rights of use in accordance with the offer or contract.
4.3 We are entitled to use created work for self-advertising purposes (e.g. portfolio, website, social media), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.1 The remuneration is based on the respective offer or contract.
5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
5.3 In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to claim default interest and suspend services.
6.1 We are only liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
6.2 Liability for indirect damage, subsequent damage or loss of profit is — to the extent permitted by law — excluded.
7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

8.1 Both parties may cancel a contract in writing for good cause.
